Shipping & Returns
All items will normally be shipped via First Class Recorded Delivery (where available) at the in the UK at the rate appropriate for the purchased product. UK Magazine Subscriptions are inclusive of delivery to UK Post Code areas unless stated otherwise. Rates outside the UK can vary and may be quoted at the time of purchase, or by request using the Contact page.
If an item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
UK returns need to be received back by us within 7 days of receiving your order. Three days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 4 days of receipt.
Make sure you get proof of postage from the Post Office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you’ve received your refund or replacement.
For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK we need to receive your return within 10 days. Five days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 5 days of receipt.
You’ll need to pay return postage and, unless the item is being replaced due to either being supplied incorrectly, or faulty manufacture, shipping of the replacement item(s) will be charged for.
We suggest you use an insured, traceable shipping method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
- Shipping charges won’t be refunded if goods are returned.
- Express delivery of replacements can be requested at the time of return and an additional amount will be payable.
